    Our full-time music teacher, Eia Waltzer, brings a spark and energy to General Music with engaging lessons on many musical concepts including:

    In addition, Alex Dugdale teaches Instrumental Music, which is an optional in-school program open to 4th and 5th grade students. Classes are offered once a week during the regular school day and culminate with a performance in the spring. Instruments taught are flute, clarinet, trumpet, trombone, violin and cello. Enrollment in the program happens in the beginning of the school year, with lessons starting the end of September/beginning of October.
